My client, a leading Irish law firm, is seeking talented lawyers to join their market-leading Competition & Regulation team. The team advises on high-profile merger control, antitrust, and regulatory matters for both international and domestic clients and is consistently recognised as a top-tier adviser in Ireland.

The Role:
You will work on complex and high-value matters across a broad range of competition and regulatory issues, including:

• EU and Irish merger control and foreign direct investment screening

• Antitrust investigations and state aid / foreign subsidies regulation

• Public procurement law

• Economic and sectoral regulation across industries such as telecommunications, energy, transport, and broadcasting

You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues, contribute to client strategy, and provide commercially-focused legal advice across a diverse client base.

The Person:

• NQ to Senior Associate level, with strong academic credentials and interest in competition and regulatory law

• Client-focused, with the ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high-quality advice

• Commercially aware, collaborative, and resilient, with an enthusiasm for developing specialist expertise in a growing practice

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, based in Dublin or Cork
