It continues to be a challenging time for all sectors connected to real estate with recruitment numbers dipping to a 8 year recruitment low for Solicitors practicing in commercial conveyancing.
2024 has been more optimistic with more normal trends around recruitment volume and a greater spectrum of PQE's being recruited at by the various departments.

The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial real estate files, including acquisitions, disposals, financing, and development.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence, identifying potential risks and ensuring transaction efficiency.
- Draft and negotiate precise legal documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Build strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues, providing clear and practical advice.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE focused on commercial real estate law.
- Possess a solid understanding of commercial real estate principles and practice.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
