Our client, a beautiful hotel located in South Dublin, have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen for a Finance Manager to join their team. Salary dependent upon experience.
A Guide To The Role
- Preparation of monthly management accounts (including analysis of key variances) to strict deadlines.
- Preparation of monthly Accruals, Prepayments and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Preparation of weekly cash flow projections.
- Management of the Hotel’s Labor Management System and weekly reporting of actual vs forecast variances.
- Management of working capital – prompt collection of accounts receivable and regulation of supplier payments.
- Managing day to day banking issues and funding.
- VAT returns
Please note that prior hotel finance experience is ideally sought for this role
