Who is recruiting?

The corporate team of a well regarded Irish Headquartered firm.

This department would rarely recruit externally, has a relatively flat and highly collegiate environment and offers access to premium transaction work.

This role has come off the back off continued growth and is part of a strategy of moderate growth the team is undertaking.

It's a nice role for a corporate junior in a team that work very hard to make sure no one is over worked. There is plenty of decompression between deals and associates mix up their work streams so there is a consistent managed experienced that lawyers really enjoy.

You will need to have trained in a law firm with a dedicated corporate department and ideally gained at least one seat in M&A or highly related work.
