The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Associate with 1-4 years' Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) to join a key team within this thriving Dublin practice. While the corporate team maintains a close-knit structure, it boasts an impressive client base, handling a diverse range of high-quality corporate transactions. This role offers excellent scope for progression, as you'll be integral to the continued expansion of the firm's corporate offering. You'll gain direct exposure to significant client mandates and work closely with experienced Partners and a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, fundraisings, corporate restructurings, and commercial contracts.
• Advise both private and public companies across diverse business sectors, including technology, healthcare, and life sciences.
• Contribute to providing comprehensive advice on corporate governance, compliance, and international business matters.
• Collaborate closely with Partners and other team members, fostering a supportive and solution-driven approach.
• Engage directly with clients, building strong relationships and understanding their commercial objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE gained in Corporate law from a reputable firm.
• Possesses strong technical legal expertise across a range of corporate transactions.
• Exhibits excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Is commercially astute, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
• Demonstrates a collaborative approach, thriving in a team-oriented yet autonomous environment.
