Conveyancing Solicitor | Dublin
My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Dublin, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Solicitor to join its Property Department. This firm is recognised for consistently delivering high-quality advice across an established and highly consistent client base.
This presents a unique opportunity for a diligent and ambitious solicitor to secure a stable and rewarding role within a consistently busy practice. Unlike some fee-earning positions, this role is characterised by a steady flow of high-quality work, focusing on efficient case management and meticulous client service rather than aggressive business development. It offers a clear pathway for long-term progression and excellent reward for sustained performance, all within an environment designed to minimise undue pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Private Client Conveyancing files from inception to completion.
-
Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, ensuring all aspects of the transaction proceed smoothly and efficiently.
-
Conduct thorough title checks, raise necessary requisitions, and draft comprehensive contracts.
-
Perform effectively against established KPIs and billing targets, contributing consistently to the department's output.
-
Provide high-quality legal services and support to the Firm’s esteemed clients.
-
Utilise and maintain the firm's case management systems, monitoring case progress and key dates diligently.
Candidate Profile:
-
A Qualified Solicitor with 2 to 3 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Conveyancing.
-
Demonstrable experience in managing a busy caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a strong client focus.
-
A high level of motivation and the ability to act on one’s own initiative, coupled with strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
-
Experience with Case Management systems, particularly Practice Evolve, is highly desirable.
-
Prior experience in Insolvency or Receivership Conveyancing would be considered an advantage.
Why This Role?
This position offers the chance to build a substantial career within a supportive and well-structured environment. You will engage with high-quality work and excellent clients, benefiting from a consistent workflow and clear metrics for success. For a solicitor seeking genuine long-term progression and reward without the intense pressures often associated with traditional fee-earning targets, this opportunity is particularly compelling.
