About the Role:

This role is ideal for a “deal finisher” – a proactive and ambitious solicitor who thrives on taking ownership and driving transactions to completion.

Ideally, our client seeks a 4 PQE solicitor from a competitor firm. However, they are also known for their opportunistic and ambitious hiring approach, with many senior lawyers and partners joining from diverse backgrounds, including small and medium-sized firms. Therefore, if you have 2 PQE, are highly motivated, client-focused, and confident in managing real estate transactions of moderate complexity from inception to completion, we encourage you to apply. Pre-training experience will also be considered where relevant. Calibre is paramount.

You will work closely with a highly respected Head of Department, advising on a diverse range of complex commercial real estate matters, including:

  • High-value acquisitions and disposals across all asset classes.
  • Large-scale site development projects.
  • Complex commercial landlord and tenant negotiations.
  • Strategic real estate investments.
  • Commercial real estate aspects of major corporate transactions.
  • Advising major owner/occupiers on complex property acquisitions.
  • Contributing to the real estate needs of major international tech clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing due diligence processes.
  • Drafting and negotiating intricate legal documentation.
  • Driving the execution of sophisticated real estate transactions.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to high-profile clients.
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or a comparable jurisdiction.
  • While ideally seeking 4+ years PQE, candidates with 2+ years of exceptional experience and a strong drive will be considered.
  • Proven ability to manage complex real estate transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a client-focused approach.
  • A “deal finisher” mentality with a track record of successful transaction completion.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take on significant responsibility.
  • An interest or experience with data centres, office and technical space is a plus.
