A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its London office. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity deals and general corporate matters, working alongside highly regarded partners on complex, high-value mandates.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years PQE in corporate M&A from a recognised City or international firm, with strong technical skills and the ability to manage client relationships. Excellent remuneration and career development on offer.
