What you will be doing
- Acting on investment, development and financing transactions across commercial, retail and office assets
- Managing complex title investigations and due diligence on large-scale deals
- Advising landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and portfolio management
- Direct client contact and partner-level collaboration from early in each engagement
What you need
- 2+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate (Senior Associate: 4+ years)
- Experience across a range of commercial property transaction types
- Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
