This one is different. Not every role that lands on a recruiter’s desk is worth stopping for — this one is.

We are working with a well-regarded Cork practice on a real estate and energy solicitor role that comes with a volume and quality of work that is genuinely hard to find at this level outside of a large city firm. The practice is busy — very busy — and the quality of the mandates reflects a client base that is sophisticated, commercially active, and growing.

If you want to be stretched, if you want to work on matters that matter, and if you want to do it in a practice that is modern, flexible, and well-resourced — this is worth a conversation.

The Work

You will be working across commercial property and renewable energy — two of the most active areas in Irish law right now. Acting for significant renewable energy developers on solar and hydro leases and wayleaves, handling title investigation for commercial lending transactions, land lease options, and acting across a full range of commercial property transactions including business parks, multi-tenanted commercial buildings, and complex commercial leases.

This is not a residential conveyancing role. The work is complex, high-value, and constantly evolving — particularly on the energy side.
