About the Opportunity

Join a leading international law firm’s dynamic Corporate team in Dublin! We’re expanding our high-performing group that specializes in venture capital, private equity, M&A, and growth company transactions across the technology, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Venture Capital Excellence – Advise investors, companies, and management teams on VC investments from seed to growth rounds
  • Cross-Border M&A – Handle complex international transactions and joint ventures
  • Full Lifecycle Support – Work with companies at every stage, from startups to exits (trade sales, mergers, IPOs)
  • Elite Client Base – Represent prominent early-stage funds, international VC firms, corporate investors, and sovereign wealth funds
  • Global Collaboration – Partner with teams across major tech hubs including Silicon Valley, London, Berlin, Paris, and Amsterdam

What We’re Looking For

Experience: M&A and VC background from top-tier Irish, UK, or international practice
Technical Skills: Strong academics, excellent legal drafting, tax structuring knowledge
Commercial Acumen: Client management skills and ability to drive transactions independently
Personality: Collaborative team player with ambitious mindset and “can do” attitude
Growth Mindset: Someone excited to join a growing practice with significant opportunity
