Key Responsibilities
- Engagement Leadership: Lead financial services audit assignments from initial planning through to final completion
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry-specific standards and relevant financial reporting frameworks
- Project Oversight: Manage timelines and resources to deliver high-quality audit files and reporting
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact for clients, managing communications and resolving technical queries
- Team Supervision: Oversee and review the work of junior staff, providing guidance and technical support
- Technical Review: Identify and address complex matters to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
- Operational Efficiency: Support continuous improvement of workflows and internal methodologies
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years' PQE — financial services audit experience preferred
- Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication
- A motivated, proactive team player
