The work

  • Funds formation and structuring across private equity, venture capital, credit and real assets
  • Cross-border regulatory work including UCITS and AIFMD
  • Investor-side and manager-side transactions
  • Working directly with partners and senior associates on live mandates

What you need

  • 2–5 years’ PQE in investment funds
  • Strong technical grounding in Irish and/or EU funds regulation
  • The ambition to perform in a high-expectation, high-reward environment
