What the work looks like

• Leading and managing M&A transactions across multiple sectors and deal sizes
• Cross-border deal structuring, due diligence and negotiation
• Direct engagement with clients, counterparties and their advisors
• Building toward a partner-level contribution within a structured progression environment

What you need

• 5+ years’ PQE in corporate/M&A
• Proven experience leading or co-leading transactions
• Strong commercial instinct and genuine deal-making ability
• Ambition to progress and the track record to substantiate it
