A well-managed and optimally structured employment law team is seeking a solicitor at Managing Associate, Senior Associate or Legal Director level to join their sizeable Leeds office.
This is a practice that has deliberately built for quality — excellent clients, a team-oriented culture, and leadership that is genuinely likeable, collegiate and accessible. The work is primarily contentious employment, with a strong volume of good quality advisory and transaction support instructions alongside. The department has real scale locally, which means you will be well-supported and operating as part of a functioning, established team rather than as a hire into a gap.
The role is well-suited to someone ready to make the step from Managing Associate to Legal Director, or to an ambitious Legal Director who wants to practise in an environment where there is a clear pathway and genuine support towards partnership. What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 PQE+ in employment law
