This is a strong advisory-focused role within a growing mid-tier practice that is actively building out its corporate tax offering. The work is genuinely interesting — transactions, restructurings, group advisory, and a broad range of planning mandates. If you want to move away from pure compliance and into substantive advisory work, this is the role.
The Role:
- Leading on corporate tax advisory engagements including M&A, group restructurings, and tax planning
- Advising owner-managed businesses, corporates, and private equity-backed groups
- Supporting partners on business development and proposal activity
- Mentoring junior staff and reviewing their technical output
- Building and developing client relationships independently
What We're Looking For:
- CTA qualified (or ACA/ACCA with strong tax specialism)
- Demonstrable advisory experience — transactions, restructuring, or planning
- Strong communicator with the ability to advise at senior level
- Commercial instinct and an interest in business development
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 plus benefits
