Public Procurement: Senior Associate / Partner
We are representing a leading firm seeking a specialist in Public Procurement and Regulated Markets. This is a strategic hire for a lawyer who wants to lead on high-value mandates at the intersection of commercial law and digital innovation.
The Opportunity
This role focuses on the lifecycle of major procurement projects across both the public and private sectors. You will move beyond routine advisory to drive large-scale digital transformation projects and complex infrastructure deals.

Key Focus

Strategic Procurement: Lead on complex tender processes, from procedure selection (Competitive Dialogue/Negotiation) to contract award and risk mitigation.

Digital & Tech: Advise on the legal frameworks for massive ICT infrastructure, cloud migrations, and the adoption of emerging tech (AI/Data) in regulated environments.

Commercial Contracts: Draft and negotiate high-stakes documentation, ensuring compliance with both Irish and EU regulatory frameworks.

Sector Breadth: Work across utilities, healthcare, transport, and technology, advising both awarding bodies and private-sector bidders.
Candidate Profile

Experience: 5–8+ years PQE for Senior Associate; 8+ years with a proven track record of matter/mandate ownership for Partner consideration.

Technical Depth: Deep expertise in Irish and EU procurement regulations and administrative law.

Commercially Driven: You provide pragmatic, “black-letter” legal advice that facilitates business goals rather than just identifying risks.
