The Role: Handle sophisticated cross-border M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions as part of a truly international practice. Work spans public/private M&A, international corporate reorganisations, capital markets, investment funds, and venture capital across diverse multinational clients.

- 2-7 years PQE in M&A and/or private equity
