Senior Associate/Partner Track Solicitor – International M&A

The Role: Lead high-value cross-border M&A transactions across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. You'll structure complex multi-jurisdictional deals worth €500M+, advise Fortune 500 clients on strategic acquisitions, and coordinate global legal teams across our 40+ office network. This isn't domestic Irish work – you'll be at the center of international corporate finance, handling IPOs, private equity buyouts, and sovereign wealth fund investments.

Requirements:
- 4+ years corporate/M&A experience
- Qualified solicitor (Ireland/England & Wales)
