The role sits within the Energy and Projects team of this International law practice advising on a wide range of high profile and high value transactional and advisory work focused on the renewable energy, conventional power, gas and electricity networks, interconnectors, storage/flexible assets and oil and gas transactions.

In the infrastructure sector, the role will extend to a wide variety of projects across transport (rail and motorways), social housing and health. The role will include excellent exposure to market leading work in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and energy trading work. The Energy and Projects team also advises on, licensing and regulation, consenting and project development work.

This is a client-facing role, where experience of energy/infrastructure projects and/or regulatory/licensing work would be of benefit but not essential. The role will also facilitate someone with an interest or aptitude in business development.
