We manage the interview diary to save you time and allow you to plan out the process. This involves confirming candidate availability and matching that with your availability.At all stages of the process we provide up to date and 100% transparent feedback from candidates in the process. As a result of this transparency, Amicus has one of the lowest candidate fall off rates of any recruitment company in the Irish market.Subject to your preferences, we will deliver offers / rejections as instructed and manage negotiations with your preferred candidate(s). We provide advice and assistance during the notice period and maintain a relationship with the successful candidate for the first three months to ensure any teething issues are addressed.
