Transaction Services Senior

Job Description

A leading Top 10 firm currently seeks to recruit into its Transaction Services team. This position represents an excellent opportunity to gain Corporate Finance experience with one of the major players in the market.

The Role:

• Project orientated, working on engagements lasting from several weeks to several months
• Working with large corporates, banks (domestic and international), private equity and other investment funds
• Providing advise including financial, tax and commercial due diligence, pre and post deal evaluation, sell-side assistance, financing and refinancing assistance, contractual discussions and integration
• Assisting clients with capital markets transactions, IPO’s, class 1 transactions, reverse takeovers and fundraisings

?The Person:

• Recently qualified accountant
• Keen interest in Transaction Services
• Ideally previous TS experience but if not Big 4 audit background or industry background in a business or financial analyst position.
