Job Description

Our client is large, multi-partnered, tax advisory and accountancy firm. They provide a range of services across Tax, Audit, Corporate Finance, Insolvency and Wealth Management. Due to continued business success they have an excellent opportunity for a Director to join their Tax Unit with a view to Partnership.

This position is ideally suited to a candidate from a large firm where there is a bottleneck resulting in slower progression. Or a candidate from a smaller firm where progression is limited due to the size of the practice.

The Role:

  • Advising clients across a range of tax heads with a focus on corporate and international tax
  • Managing tax assignments and projects
  • Overseeing and mentoring junior staff
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Assisting with firm and departmental marketing initiatives

The Person:

  • Experienced gained in a medium sized or large firm tax department
  • Strong corporate/international tax experience essential
  • Qualified Accountant and or Tax Professional (ACA | ACCA | AITI | CTA)
  • Comfortable taking a leadership position on assignments
