Job Description

My client is currently seeking to recruit a number of solicitors to join their busy and growing Finance and Capital Markets group. Prior experience in capital markets is not necessary.

Reporting

The role will report to the Managing Partner of the Dublin office

Job duties

The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

Key responsibilities:

Assisting the team in advising clients on the full range of structured product and debt capital markets transactions in addition to advising on more general banking and finance matters.

Requirements:

• Ideally applicants will be 0-5 years post qualification and have experience in finance in a recognised practice

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Knowledge of finance/banking transactions and related security documentation;
• Previous experience of loan document review, loan agreements, corporate authorisations;
• Strong academic record;
• Excellent drafting skills;
• Commercial awareness;
• A calm and measured approach to problem solving;
• Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team;
• A willingness to work hard;fwal
