Senior Commercial Property Lawyer / Partner Designate

My client is a well-known Dublin law firm with an established multi-jurisdictional commercial property team that has continued to grow over the last number of years.

Ranked in the second tier of the legal 500, this firm advises in relation to the purchase and acquisition of all types of real estate interests and related planning, environment, construction and tax issues.

They provide ongoing advice to landlords and tenants with regards to various forms of leasehold interests and licences. They also advice asset managers regarding all aspects of financing, secured lending and property investments.

Their representative transaction list is unequalled within the local market.

Requirements for this role

You will be a qualified solicitor and will have trained and practiced for over 5 years in the commercial property department of a medium or large firm.

This role offers a salary, bonus and benefits package at the upper end of the market.

Please note that the number of years’ experience sought for this role is a guide and applications are welcome from lawyers outside this immediate range.
