Senior Legal PA 9 month contract

Senior Legal PA required to support one managing partner and another senior partner within this top law firm. This is a contract role and ideally you will have a minimum of four years previous experience as a PA.

DUTIES

• To provide essential PA, general administration and secretarial support to Partner and Fee Earners
• To work closely with the Partners in a pro-active manner to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Liaise with PA s from other international offices
• Extensive travel arrangements
• To provide a professional client service support at all times for both internal and external clients
• Diary Management
• Dictaphone Typing; Typing; document management; filing and file management
• Managing billing & expenses
• To ensure that all administrative and secretarial processes and procedures are streamlined so that the Partner and Fee Earners can concentrate on his/her role and responsibilities
• Typing, document management, filing and file management

SKILLS

• Prove PA experience supporting at a senior level; 2+ years required
• Strong technical typing skills (both speed and accuracy)
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Strong communications skills
• Proven organisational skills
• Evidence of teamwork, strong team player
• Proactive and willing to take the initiative
• The ability to work in a busy & pressurised environment

This is an extremely busy role. The right candidate must be able to demonstrate their ability to work in this environment and handle large volumes of work. The role is both challenging and rewarding.
