Property/conveyancing legal secretary

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of legal secretaries within a medium to large firm in Dublin. This role requires someone to enjoy law and enjoy the challenges that it poses, while have the ability to handle high work load volumes.


  • 2-3 years’ experience as a legal secretary (conveyancing in preferably but not essential)
  • Typing speeds of 60 wpm
  • Strong IT skills- Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative where required
  • Have a strong work ethic and be flexible


  • Supporting a number of Fee earners
  • Diary management/arranging meeting rooms
  • Liaising with clients
  • Managing incoming correspondence to ensure an efficient response by analyzing incoming mail, faxes, and emails
  • Drafting and compiling of legal documents
