Property/conveyancing legal secretary
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of legal secretaries within a medium to large firm in Dublin. This role requires someone to enjoy law and enjoy the challenges that it poses, while have the ability to handle high work load volumes.
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience as a legal secretary (conveyancing in preferably but not essential)
- Typing speeds of 60 wpm
- Strong IT skills- Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative where required
- Have a strong work ethic and be flexible
Responsibilities
- Supporting a number of Fee earners
- Diary management/arranging meeting rooms
- Liaising with clients
- Managing incoming correspondence to ensure an efficient response by analyzing incoming mail, faxes, and emails
- Drafting and compiling of legal documents
