About the Firm

An award winning and well regarded Dublin law firm is seeking to recruit a Property Solicitor who is seeking a mix of career progression and high quality work backed up by strong remuneration potential.

Quality of Work

This department has a consistent stream of high quality work from a variety of well-regarded clients including major Irish and international corporates, financial institutions, large institutional and private investors and public bodies. The department has a track record of advising on premium property related transactions and has a growing profile in the Irish market.


This firm is located centrally in Dublin and is accessible via a number of public transport options.

Technical Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work with autonomy and be capable of providing guidance and support to others as the department grows.

You will have advised or have had some exposure to some of the following:

  • Acquisitions, disposals and financing of commercial property.
  • Commercial property due diligence.
  • Landlord & Tenant to include leases, assignments, sub-lettings, surrenders, lease variations, licences and options.
  • Advising on planning issues and procedures.
  • Construction or wind/ energy project experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Personal Requirements

This role will ideally suit an ambitious Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience in primarily property law and ideally with some exposure to advising with regards to commercial use properties (retail, office, large leashold).
