Banking Lawyer | NQ – 2 PQE | Upper Tier Firm

Scope of Role:

This team seek a competent and ambitious banking lawyer at the outset of their post qualified career or with up to 2 years of experience to join their expanding team.

This is a general banking role with a strong and varied client base base. You will advise on much of the following:

  • Acquisition finance
  • Leveraged finance
  • commercial real estate finance
  • Corporate lending
  • Energy financing
  • Project finance

Technical Requirements

You will have trained in a medium or large firm with at least one rotation in banking law. You will be a creative thinker, a problem solver and have strong technical skills. You will be given support and freedom to build relationships with key clients and a platform to build a market reputation.

The firm is well known throughout the Irish market for developing, progressing and promoting solicitors notably faster than market averages.

Remuneration is competitive and tied to experience.
