AMICUS RECRUITMENT has one of the best marketing opportunities in the sector -and are looking for a switched on; creative Marketing Campaigns Manager to join a leading global organisation with it’s HQ in Dublin !. This is a fantastic opportunity as it focuses on the environment; Sustainability with a real and genuine emphasis on innovation and customer service.

In this role, you will be expected to be both creative and analytical with strong business acumen. The role will support the Senior Marketing Manager with planning and coordinating insight led integrated campaigns to drive sustainability and innovation. An important part of the role will be building a strong connection between Group Communications; external agencies and internal stakeholders.

The global offices are in Dublin and you will be expected to drive strategy and content. There is 2 days month travel to mainland Europe but quite simply it is an incredible opportunity !!! you will work closely with innovation; sales; obtain invaluable exposure; have a sizeable budget and crucially will be able- and without sounding cheesy !- to make a difference to the world we live in.

Responsibilities & Duties

„ Development and delivery of external content – campaigns, media plans, presentations, written content and videos.

„ Work with agencies and brief them to produce insight led campaigns that deliver clear and coherent messages driving reputation and profitability.

„ Develop and optimise across media to ensure that materials can be used globally by the majority of countries.

„ Identify, research and establish innovative points of view on critical industry topics.

„ Exceptional communication skills to provide clarity and enthusiasm to internal and external stakeholders.

„ Self-driven, with an ability to work effectively with cross functional teams at all levels.

„ Develop and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders both in Dublin and European HQ

„ Collaborate with Sales and Innovation departments to implement new campaigns and initiatives.

„ Ability to operate in a fast changing and challenging environment

„ Work with Digital Manger on digital and social strategy.

„ Measure and evaluate results from past campaigns.

„ Global experience and an understanding of manufacturing desired.

„ Budget Management.

Qualifications & Experience

„ Marketing/Comms to degree level

„ A combination of both B2B/ B2C experience but not a pre-requisite.

„ Proven campaign experience

„ Excellent communication & writing skills

„ A history of motivating and optimizing agencies output
