LEGAL SECRETARY – LITIGATION
Salary: €35000.00 - €45000.00 per annum

They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Litigatipon Legal Secretary

On a Day to Day Basis What you will be Doing ….
- Create, amend and format legal documents and templates
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- File management, including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving
- Effective and smart diary management
- Prepare billing reports and invoices
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Assist with office administration
The successful candidate should have the following:
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience dealing with a document case management system
- Excellent typing and transcription skills, with the ability to turn documentation around in short time
- Strong computer skills, accuracy and speed
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to prioritise a large workload
- Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Team orientated and collaborative with a flexible attitude
- Energy and enthusiasm
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
