They are now seeking to appoint an experienced Litigatipon Legal Secretary

On a Day to Day Basis What you will be Doing ….

  • Create, amend and format legal documents and templates
  • Prepare correspondence and documents
  • File management, including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving
  • Effective and smart diary management
  • Prepare billing reports and invoices
  • Arranging internal and external meetings
  • Assist with office administration

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience dealing with a document case management system
  • Excellent typing and transcription skills, with the ability to turn documentation around in short time
  • Strong computer skills, accuracy and speed
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to prioritise a large workload
  • Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Team orientated and collaborative with a flexible attitude
  • Energy and enthusiasm

 

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
