  • Law degree 2:1 or higher
  • 1 year experience in an office environment, administration is desirable
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Word 2010; Power point & power point
  • Typing speed of 60-65 and accuracy is essential (will be tested)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work on their own initiative


  • Manage and organise diary, meetings
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Take minutes and attend meetings
  • Filling maintenance and general administrative support
  • Drafting legal documents and memorandums
  • Assisting with the management of e-files
  • Assisting with bill production
  • Ability to support 1-2 fee earner
