AMICUS Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Executive (with German) for a leading tech organisation to focus on the DACH region.

My Client has experienced real growth over the last 2 years -grown by over 30%- so much so that they will be moving to new state f the art offices in South Dublin in the next 3-4 months !! The CEO is a good guy who works closely with his staff and I cannot speak highly enough of the Sales Manager- she is extremely thorough but supportive and is highly thought off by her team (easy to say but it’s the truth!)

 

The Opportunity; the Story of the Team and why this role !!

For this role, you must ideally be native German or second to that; be able to converse in German in a Business context. It would be advantageous if you have sales experience but it’s not a pre- requisite. What is vitally important is that you have a positive attitude; a collaborative approach; can work well with others; be open to learning and have a customer service manner/approach to your work.

 

The team is relatively new and its an exciting time to join the organisation. Led by an inspiring CEO they have been successful – exceeding targets in the last 2 years- and now they want to expand in to new territories; the DACH region being one. (Important to note, my client mostly targets big blue chip companies or multinationals and their customer base contains some renowned names!)

 

In the company and the team; you will receive great training and there are modern up to date CRM systems which is a real sell and you will get to work closely with marketing; operations; Business Development etc !-

 

The Sales/ Customer Service Manager is fantastic- she has a proven track record will support you; guide you and just wants someone with the right attitude- Although it is a Tech company you don’t have to know tech! but just understand it and be able to sell- just as important to know who to sell too. Success is deemed by qualified opportunities- and KPI’s are realistic and attainable.

 

The fantastic aspect is that you can earn up to €10,000 commission – work with a great team and have fun whilst doing it ( My client would have summer BBQ’s, Cinema days and there is a real positive and genuine vibe in the office) For any German speaker; who is in sales or looking to get in to sales; this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

 

· Develop excellent working relationships with corporate clients, establishing their needs, pain points and providing appropriate commercial solutions whilst maximising revenue.

· Establish and build a quality client portfolio within the DACH region

· Sourcing of new business leads whilst working closely with the rest of the team as well as the marketing team.

· Create written communication, proposals and presentations to a professional level

· Negotiation of complex packages with senior stakeholders

· Provide support & recommendations for clients

· Attend meetings when required

· Meet and exceed all KPI’s and Revenue targets

· Sales reporting, use of CRM systems and sales forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • German speaking; (either native German or fluent in German)
  • Collaborative approach; strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
  • Resilience; strong phone manner and a determination to succeed.
