Financial Accounting Advisory Manager

Job Description

Our client is a large, fast growing firm of chartered accountants, business advisers and tax consultants. They are currently looking to further bolster their leading financial accounting advisory team. Having grown rapidly for a number of years’ this team continues to win new work and are looking to hire ambitious accountants to help continue this impressive growth.

The Role:

• Assist with overall development of the department through design and implementation of the business unit strategy, working with senior team members to determine the products and services to be delivered and by identifying target markets and go to market plan.
• Assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships
• Design and implementation of project plans
• Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget

The Person:

• Prior experience in the preparation of financial statements in asset management and/or banking
• Experience with a variety of funds types/structures such as UCITs, mutual funds, Private Equity, SPVs and REITs an advantage
• Good understanding of GAAP
• Experience in a top 10 practice
• Qualified Accountant
