The KPI’s will be fair and realistic and will be jointly agreed with the Marketing Manager.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully co creating and implementing a full suite of activation plans for the portfolio across all channels within the market, to grow consumer engagement, with specific focus on digital activation, monitoring and reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the development and manage the implementation of marketing, advertising, promotional and social media activities for a portfolio of products in the Irish market across all identified channels.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to create an omni channel activation plan and drive implementation to maximize brand exposure.
  • Responsible for day to day management of localised brand website and eCommerce platform, including the generation of high impact creative content for all local campaigns and promotional planning.
  • Manage brand content and activation for Ireland for e-commerce platforms.
  • In conjunction with relevant external agencies, monitor and manage activity on all relevant social media platforms.
  • Implement all portfolio activation and initiatives, including production of tools and materials, as incorporated into annual sales cycle.
  • Deliver reports and analysis on activation plans, associated expenditure and resulting return on investment.
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor activities, category trends and consumer habits in the market, recommending plans and actions to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Identify activation opportunities across channels and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Monitor appropriate operational KPIs and reporting, proactively taking remedial action to resolve any identified issues or concerns.
  • Fully manage all operational elements for all channels.
  • Manage annual budget allocation.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of successful delivery of omni-channel activation, particularly online.
  • Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, and social media management.
  • Content Creation & copywriting experience
  • Understanding of role of different media across marketing mix.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and search / social media reporting and analysis.
  • Highly developed organisational and delivery behaviour and attitudes.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly commercial and numerate.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Digital qualification
