My Client are renowned for being market leaders – and have some amazing brands! several of which are Number 1 in their own sector! (not just in Ireland but in the global market) Due to a recent re-structure; and change in strategy they are now looking for a personable Digital Manager who will fit in with the team and culture and work on driving business performance through brand preference; loyalty and brand advocacy with the result of driving revenue for the Irish Business.

In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Management and Sales teams and you will get to work on digital transformation whilst supporting the Senior Digital Manager. You must be able to get buy in from others; be able to voice your message and be expected to come up with new ideas; be creative so that the Group stay in Number 1 position in a very competitive market.

This role will be based in South / West Dublin- they have lovely modern offices with approx. 80- 90 employees on site. There is a lot of car parking available and they have a subsided canteen. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Manager to join a great Business with a worldwide presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation

  • Support the Senior Digital Manager in driving ongoing Digital Transformation process and in distilling key information and best practices from Centre of Excellence
  • Support the Marketing team in rolling out infrastructure for the Irish marketplace.
  • Support brand teams in leveraging beset practise social media, SEO and PPC strategies in order to ensure that brands engages with consumers/patients in a meaningful way thus establishing long term relationships of mutual value, which in turn drives advocacy and life-time values through the consumer/patient journey and delivers ROI for the business

Data & Consumer Analysis

  • Generate an in depth understanding of the attitudes towards and behaviours on digital platforms of our target audiences through the journey. Use information gathered from our various online portals to identify insights and work with brand teams to ensure integration into brand strategies and actions.
  • Analyse digital initiatives and website performance – Google analytics, social medial monitoring, etc. and work collaboratively with brand team to share key insights and learnings and recommendations.
  • Work with brand & Sales teams on best in class digital & club execution leveraging platform where relevant.

Scope to the role

  • Budget responsibility direct responsibility. Input on how to best maximise ROI on digital brand budget
  • Impact on multiple functions across the Irish Business.

Experience and Skills

Ø BBS with Marketing or equivalent

Ø 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within FMCG/consumer/healthcare sector with demonstrable experience of working in a digital environment.

Ø Ability to influence people at all levels internally and externally to deliver key projects

Ø Strong interpersonal skills

Ø Excellent communication skills – concise and accurate both verbally and in writing
