Job Description

Leading consultancy firm of Accountants and Tax Advisers seek to recruit a qualified tax professional for their Corporate Tax department. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate from a medium sized or large firm looking to progress their career in tax. This firm boasts an excellent client base and also the opportunity for promotion in a short time period due to the level of growth currently being experienced by the firm.

The Role:

• Involved in the management of a portfolio of Irish and International clients
• Assisting Directors and Partners on tax advisory projects
• Liaising with clients on all relevant tax issues
• Preparing tax computations and returns for large groups
• Researching technical arguments to support tax filing position
• Keeping up to date on changes to tax law and advising clients accordingly
• Delegating work to and mentoring of junior team members

The Person:

• Qualified AITI or CTA
• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)
• 3-4 years’ minimum experience gained in a tax department of a professional services firm
• Excellent tax technical skills
