Corporate Associate – 2PQE

This new role with a well regarded mid tier firm offers a strong mix of practical experience, progression and work life balance.

The role would ideally suit someone who wishes to continue working with high calibre clients in a pleasant and collegiate environment whilst opening up a more visible path to partnership whilst spending less time in the office than expected in larger practice firms.

Key experience requirements and deliverables:

• Experience across a range of corporate transactions including company acquisitions and disposals, restructurings and venture capital
• A reputation for delivering outstanding client service
• First-rate technical and drafting skills, with an exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organised and efficient with an ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Good commercial judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to balance the need to use initiative while working as part of a team
• Personally driven and ambitious
