Corporate Solicitor | New Role

Leading Dublin law firm seeks corporate solicitor for newly created role. Ideal role for a Lawyer seeking a position within a top 10 firm that offers better progression than anywhere else in the market.

My client are an upper mid tier firm currently seeking an experienced corporate lawyer with a minimum of 1 PQE and ideally at 2 – 4 PQE range.

You will have built good competency managing aspects or life cycles of M&A transactions and general commercial agreements for a variety of entities.

Ideally you will have trained in a medium to large firm.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious with a focus on career progression. There is a gap of experience within this department that will offer the right candidate an immediate line of sight through to a more senior role within the team.
