New Role – Corporate Lawyer 2PQE

My client are a well-regarded top 15 firm with a strong corporate practice advising a multi-jurisdictional client base within sectors such as pharma, financial services and energy.

As a result of consistent growth they are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 1 – 2 years of experience coming from a similar size or larger firm.

You will have a strong transactional background and have been closely involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions.

Optimally you will also be a strategic thinker with a good disposition towards relationship building and client management as this role offers clear progression towards a more senior position within the firm.

Experience advising with regards to private equity structures and private equity transactions would be desirable.
