New Role | Solicitor | Corporate Insurance | 2 – 4 PQE

As a result of continued growth and strong work pipelines my client wish to recruit a Solicitor with between 2 and 4 years’ experience into their internationally recognised Corporate Insurance team.

You will advise local and international entities on all aspects of financial services law and regulation from corporate establishment and authorisation to product development and distribution. This will include advising on such matters as compliance, corporate governance, M&A, portfolio transfer and cross border mergers within financial institutions.

With the current international political climate, this role is sure to offer interesting insights as to how the unfolding nature of Brexit will impact the Irish and European insurance markets.

This role is optimal for someone who wishes to build their market reputation and establish themselves in this growth area as a regional expert.

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with good attention to detail and good drafting skills. You will be capable of working on your own autonomy and have ambitions to progress as this role offers strong potential in this regards given the makeup of the department.
