Commercial Property Solicitor 2 – 3 PQE

My client are a mid-tier firm, constantly ranked as one of the best places to work and practice by lawyers in Ireland. They have a growing commercial property department which advises a broad client base on a variety of matters such as:

• Commercial conveyancing
• Property developments and funding
• Planning and Environment law
• Property auctions
• Reorganisation and property restructuring
• Financial restructuring of property loans
• Retail property and licensing
• Mortgage and legal security
• Construction development and building contracts

They currently seek a junior solicitor up to associate level (1 – 3 PQE) to take on a new role within the department advising on the above and more.
