Commercial & Procurement Solicitor | 5PQE | Top of Market €Remuneration
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable Information and technology law advisory team within one of Ireland’s best known Commercial Law firms based in Dublin. With an emphasis on procurement, this role has a broad remit advising international and domestic clients in the areas of:
- Software development agreements and IP licensing
- Procurement within commercial, construction and technology sectors
- Outsourcing arrangements and IT services within a variety of sectors
- Financial services technology
- E-commerce and internet law
- Technology and proprietary aspects of M&A agreements
- Privacy, data protection and future regulation
Quality of Work
This role offers a pleasant mix of client advisory, regulatory interpretation, contract drafting, client relationship management whilst leading the way in delivering on some of the most complex Construction, IT and telecommunications deals in the Irish market.
