Business Development Administrator

Our client is an established Irish law firm that prides itself in providing first-class legal service and establishing long-lasting relationships with clients. The firm is focused on commercial and pragmatic solutions and has an exceptionally strong and proven legal team.

The firm is looking for a talented Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the Partners and Solicitors in the production and co-ordination of winning pitch and tender documents for a range of practice areas. This role will also have administrative functions for broader business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Salary for this role is in the range of EUR 30-35k and it’s a 12-month contract.

What will you be doing:

  • Assisting in the drafting of pitches, tenders, brochures and presentations and ensuring they are fully compliant with client specifications and requirements
  • Assisting in the tender process: researching, amending, printing and assembly of tenders and other business development materials
  • Looking after data input and maintenance of databases for tenders, business development and client relationship management
  • Performing general administrative duties and providing administrative support to the team
  • Coordinating business development activities, calendars, reports for internal and client use
  • Assisting to promote pro-active approach to business development initiatives and client relationship management

Skills / Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a corporate/professional services company
  • 3rd level or post graduate qualification in Business or related
  • Technical competency (MS Office 2010 and other)
  • Legal Services and/or Partnership firm experience will be a plus
  • Experience in a deadline-driven role (experience of working on tenders is preferable)

  • Excellent communicator, able to work on own initiative and as part of a busy team
  • Possesses advanced time and task management skills and a structured approach to work
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and good judgement
  • Is able to Maintain confidentiality internally and externally
